Netfly is designed with privacy first. All tests run locally on your device. We don't collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data or network information to external servers.

Netfly ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application.

Information We Don't Collect

Netfly does NOT collect, store, or transmit:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Network test results or history
• IP addresses or location data
• Device identifiers or usage analytics
• Any data about your network or internet connection
• Monitoring targets or endpoints you configure

How Netfly Works

All functionality operates entirely on your device:

• Speed Tests: Performed locally using your device's network connection
• Stability Tests: Ping tests run directly from your device
• DNS Benchmarks: DNS queries executed locally
• Endpoint Monitoring: HTTP/Ping checks performed by your device
• Data Storage: All test results stored locally using Hive database
• Widgets: Data shared between app and widget using iOS App Groups (local only)

Local Data Storage

Netfly stores data locally on your device including test results, monitor configurations, and app settings. This data remains on your device only, is never transmitted to external servers, can be deleted by uninstalling the app, and is not backed up to iCloud.

Network Permissions

Netfly requires network access to perform speed tests, execute ping tests, query DNS servers, and check HTTP endpoints you configure. These network requests are made directly from your device to the targets you specify. No intermediary servers are involved.

Third-Party Services

Netfly does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app is completely self-contained.

iOS App Groups

Netfly uses iOS App Groups to share data between the main app and home screen widgets. This data stays on your device only, is used solely for widget display, is not accessible to other apps, and is not transmitted anywhere.

Children's Privacy

Netfly does not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is safe for all ages.

Data Security

Since all data remains on your device, your data is protected by your device's security features. No data transmission means no interception risk, and no server breaches are possible.

Your Rights

• Access: All data is visible within the app
• Delete: Clear history in app settings or uninstall the app
• Export: Export test history as CSV from the app
• Control: All data stays on your device under your control

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Netfly is provided "as is" without warranties. Test results are estimates and may vary. We're not responsible for network issues detected. The app doesn't modify your network connection.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for network issues or downtime detected by the app, actions taken based on test results, data usage from running tests, or any indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
